this knife cost me 5 dollars at the asian store. It's the BOMB.... so sharp and inexpensive. They have all kinds of shapes and sizes... no more expensive knives for me.

It's a bone-in Ribeye, but the insteresting thing about this piece was the eye was really tiny, and most of the ribeye was the Spinalis mussle (the best part of the whole cow)

I have always had good luck with them. I got two of them myself, and they've never needed any sharpening in the 6 or 7 years I've had them.
