I lived in England for a while.
Now I'm back in my shithole third world country.
I haven't been able to find Irish Guiness (Belgian Guiness sucks), HP, Creme Egg, etc.
I haven't been able to find things to cook either. In my country some supermarkets have canned tomatoes, but far from common. No baked beans, red kidney beans, nothing.
Food is a bit less processed here, and natural tomatoes actually have flavour.
I miss HP. Help

all faggotry aside, i do not enjoy hp much but i respect it.

as for what i would not be able to live without? nothing, obviously...but for the fuck of it, the most amazing thing to me is Worcestershire sauce , i use the hell out of that. pick your moments of course; this can derail a good meal, but it can also make it supreme.

Mmm. Pickapeppa is delicious, more of the expensive good things in an A1, more tamarind, mango, raisins, etc.
My other import favorite, if I can find it, is Lizano salsa from Costa Rica. I pay $5 at a mexican farmer's market near me.

HP Brown sauce in Canada is made with slightly different ingredients to the UK sauce. It tastes better IMO. I'm English but not too proud to say this.

To make a wings sauce i needed to get my hands on franks. Now i live in sweden so getting in one night of which i needed was impossible. However i got HP and tabasco at home. Would mixing this two create a shitstorm of disgust unlike any other or would it work?

1/2 cup of franks
1/2 cup of butter (1 stick)
1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Here's the recipe i was looking on

>> No.6227792

>>6227775

Tabasco is quite suitable for wings. Use that instead of the Franks.

HP is nothing at all like wing sauce, leave it out, it has no place in a wing recipe.

>> No.6227829

>>6227792
So i should just replace the Franks with Tabasco? Because pic related is what i mean by tabasco. Isn't Franks like abit of a finished sauce that you can even use without tampering with it? Tabasco is just batshit hot so...

>> No.6227866

>>6227829
I think you forgot your pic.

>>So i should just replace the Franks with Tabasco?
Yes.

Frank's and Tabasco are both very similar. They're mostly vinegar with some peppers added. Tabasco is hotter, so if you don't want that kind of heat just use less of it--say, a 1/4 cup instead of 1/2 cup.
