Guys, first time posting on /ck/ I need advice with food, I want to stop eating junk food so i need easy food recipes with small amounts on ingredients.

Hard mode: be it cheap and healthy.

Ok.

Everyday, drink 1 liter of milk and up to 1 liter of orange juice, eat up to 4 eggs fried or scrambled with butter.

Eat lots of fruit, some high vitamin k vegetables like kale and spinach, best meat is lamb and beef and the best nut is macadamia. Oysters, mussels, cod, sole, etc are great.

>Oats are one of the best things to eat. Protein with veggies aka stir fry's but be careful of the sauce (hidden calories) Fruits, veggies, nuts (not as cheap) Hell you can make a burger if you want just have a healthier bun with your own patty. Just look up healthy recipes and find your own way to do it on the cheap side.
