I know it was on here comes honey boo boo as "sketti", but is there really anywhere other than the deep south (maybe) and Japan where spaghetti and ketchup is actually consumed together?

Can anyone confirm that this is even actually a thing in parts of the south? I've lived in the deep south most of my life and never once encountered something that remotely resembled that infamous sketti clip.
