Maybe this is a decent place to ask: though I don't like them, I've got a bunch of sweet potatoes because reasons and I'd like to use them up. Does tuna sweet-potato (no noodles) casserole sound bad to you? If so, how else might I use up these sweet potatoes, preferably in a casserole application and ABSOLUTELY not in a sweets/dessert one.

Tuna noodle casserole made with a can of soup is about as "comfort food" as food gets. If this is some weird elitist statement then it's backfired heavily.
