I had 2 sausages, 2 bacon, with french toast and scrambled eggs and washed it all down with a cup of coffee and a glass of orange juice. I checked the saturated fat content and it was already more than 25 Grams of saturated fat. 4G for each sausage, 3g for each slice of bacon, 6g from the milk used, 5g from the butter used to cook the french toast and scrambled eggs. What about the 2 eggs I ate and what was in the bread.
