the filling is way too heavy
there's too much chocolate
unadulterated chocolate will burn in the oven the time it takes to cook that much dough

go back to the kitchen
make a proper puff pastry dough
make a sweet ricotta filling
add a few teaspoons of coconut rum
toasted coconut
toasted pecans
forget the chocolate for now

same process, bake it up
drizzle melted chocolate over it

They are pretty damn good, but I probably wouldn't use chocolate as a filling. My favorite is frangipane and raspberries
