I just made this sandwich and a completely pointless infographic to go with it.

Not sure what to do about the Arby's sauce, as I've never had it before. I guess you could just go there one last time and steal a shitload of packets. Also, most stores carry frozen Arby's curly fries now.

Anyways, what you do is microwave a few slices of the roast beef for 10-15 seconds. Then put it on the bun, add some cheese dip, and microwave that for another 5-10 seconds. Then you open it back up and apply a bit of the horseradish. Accurately recreates this shitty sandwich...and I love it.

This is the best I can do. I don't know how much roast beef Aby's adds, and I can't be bothered to find out. But I just made a sandwich with 3 slices which is about 2 oz of meat. This is much less meat than you get on the actual sandwich, so if you add the same amount of beef, there may be very little difference.

The brands in the pictures:

1 bun = 150 calories
roast beef (3 slices) = 70 calories
horseradish (1 tablespoon) = 45 calories
jalapeno dip (1 tablespoon) = 25 calories

Total: 290 calories

Arby's roast beef 'n cheddar: 450

It's a dip, and it's really good. I just figured it would work as a cheese sauce, and it does.
