How does /ck/ like their stuvade makaroner? Ketchup, no ketchup? Sausage or meatballs?

mashed potatoes with falukorv and fried eggs are god tier though.

So the dish is milk-boiled pasta with any kind of meat?

Why not cook the pasta in heavily seasoned water and then add bechamel? Lack of pans?

Also, are there any other cool Swedish recipes? There isn't a lot of talk of Swedish or other north European cuisine in the US.

I had a very tasty smorgosbord or whatever it's called on a ship from Scotland (where I'm from) to Sweden. The fish was delicious. Almost as good as Scottish seafood. Nice bread as well.
