Not him but it could be a number of things. Assuming that volume is as it should be then check water temperature and pressure for that group head. If each group has its own boiler then the element for that boiler could be faulty.
Could be something simple like a partial blockage within the group, if that group isn't used as often as the others. Try a backflush.

Best I can think of at the moment. I'm just a hobbiest.
