Hey guys, a year ago I asked for a bread pudding recipe and I was linked a cookbook that had something to do with measurements, and it was basic. It wasn't specifically a bread pudding recipe but it was something like two cups of milk, two cups of cream, some vanilla, then sugar, then egg yolks.
The book was all about proportions or something like that.
The passage said something about the mixture being good right off the spoon.
If anyone could let me know what I'm talking about that would be awesome!
Also some bread pudding Recipes would be nice!
