I need to eat 4 cups of egg whites a day, how should I cook them? Can I make a single omelette out of 4 cups? What should I put it in other than vegetables?

sick man, if you're going for protein content just get some steel cut oats with a bit of natural peanut butter. Half a damn days protein for dirt cheap, a complete amino profile, and from healthy sources. You can even add cocoa powder if you're not into pure peanut butter flavor.

Whip them with a bit of salt and pepper, add ham and some veggies of your choice, pour into a casserole dish. Put it in at 475 for five hours, then turn down to 425 for another 3 hours. Fluffy and delicious every time.

If I had to guess? Separate yolks from whites. Sous-vide pooled yolks in a sausage-shaped container at around 65-67'. Cook whites around set yolks in a larger sausage-shaped container. Blammo, long, perfectly cooked tube eggs.

Probably by steaming the white around a a special mould with a positive cavity in the middle until the whites are slightly set, then pouring the yolk into this cavity which is a negative once you remove the mould, then steaming a bit more, then pouring the last white into the top and finishing it off.

Just took a stab at it, I do t really know.

It's also super easy to steam things wrapped in silicone paper so there's probably a million ways to do this actually but I was thinking about a factory process.

Really smart though, I probably might use that in all honesty because I bet it's cheap and it would help me hit my macros really easily.
