What was your school lunch schedule like?

Mine went something like this...

Monday: Hot Dog
Tuesday: Taco
Wednesday: Hamburgers and Chocolate Milk
Thursday: Sloppy Joes and Burritos in a bag
Friday: Pizza Day (best day of the week). Always came with salad and a side of cold green beans

It's probably dumbed down now because of liberals, but mine went

Mon: Hot Dogs with a shit load of extra shit (fries, chips, egg nog, fucking doughnuts, etc. etc. etc. etc.) you could buy (we'll refer to this now as "sides")
Tues: Really good (for school lunch) pizza + sides
Wed: As many cheesburgers as your stomach could hold + sides
Thurs: Fucking CRISPITO DAY (multiple fried, rolled tortilla shells with spicy meat inside draped in loads of hot, spicy Velveeta cheese) + sides
Friday: Alfredo chicken pasta (or whatever) + whatever the fuck was left over +sides

God we ate so fucking good back in the day, before school lunch reforms and shit

>inb4 man you're overweight, fat fuck, etc.

I don't think you fuckers realize how much pre-teen and teenage kids can eat before you start labeling their daily intake as "excess". I used to be able to take in 6000-7000 cals. a day and still make weight in wrestling.

monday Teriyaki w/ rice
tuesday Lasagna
wednesday Chefs Special aka pork made south style w/ potatoes
thursday chicken nuggets served with sweet sour sauce w/ rice

thats about it before the holidays, good thing we are allowed to visit the other campuses restaurants
more variation, better salads and all the bread you can eat.
All for the small price of 2,6e per meal as a student.

College it was to go off campus on Mon/Wed/Fri(usually to the local food court as a mall was right across the street with a DQ, Sbarro, Orange Julius, etc) and have burgers in the cafeteria on Tue/Thur, the sauce they used on them was amazing and they were 2/$1, just a patty bun and their sexy sexy sauce(reminds me of burgerville/big mac sauce, but a hell of alot more flavorful).

forgot to mention that you can always choose the other meal choice if you dont like the first on

mon: slice potatoes w/ minced deer burgers + sauce
tue: Oven potato w/ chicken mix

thu: pizza slices (extra hot, done with chilisauce+tomatopaste mixture)

How do you fags remember this shit? I can't remember what I ate last week let alone when I was in fucking gradeschool.

Prison meals were on a rotating schedule but all I remember is fish every other Friday and shitty chicken at least 3 times per week. Oh and taco Tuesdays.

I was the schoolyard bully so on mondays I had Timmy`s lunch and on tuesdays I had Debbie's lunch and...

True fact is that I honestly don't remember what I ate at school and frankly it's a bit upsetting. All I can remember is that was always from the school cafeteria because it was easier for my mother to give me money instead of decent food.

we regularly had moussaka, lasagne, pasta bake, shepherd's pie, fish pie and various other tray bakes

barley

frozen mixed vegetables

chips

instant mash

chocolate cake with chocolate custard

lime jelly with whipped cream and sprinkles

canned fruit salad

arctic roll

jam tarts

then later on we got this little cart that said 'healthy tasty faster pasta', which usually offered tomato sauce, a tomato sauce with tiny meatballs (like marble sized) or packet carbonara.

even later on we got wraps and salad bars, the wraps usually had tandoori chicken, tuna mayo and other shit i can't remember

i stopped eating lunch most days after year 8

Australian here, my school had a canteen with a menu, the same selection every day. It had stuff like:

>toasted ham and cheese sandwiches
>roasted 1/4 chicken
>mac and cheese/other pastas
>frozen pizza
>hot dogs
>savoury pies/sausage rolls
>gas station sushi
>juices and milks (no soda though)
>thickshakes
>ice creams
>jam doughnuts

probably some other shit i'm forgetting

>> No.6071106

We had pasta daily which was pretty good, apart from that it was mostly varies meats combined with veg as well as a daily -and suspicious looking- curry. Chips were only done on fridays because of Jamie Oliver's whole thing.

There were people in my school that use to steal parts of their dinner; they would literally put sausages in their blazer pockets as well as other meats. And they wonder why scousers have a bad name

>> No.6071185

It was the same things but in different rotations. I think every Friday they'd have pizza with a cupcake.
So in different patterns we'd have
>grilled cheeses in a film wrapper that were frozen then heated in the microwave like everything else
>miniature hot dogs that came in sets on three that had soggy buns
>hamburgers
Don't remember the rest but it all came in film wrappers

elementary school favorites:
Turkey/chicken chunks and gravy over mashed potatoes w/bread roll
Smoky links & mashed potatoes w/ cinnamon roll
tacos w/lettuce and cheese cup
Sausage pizza with side salad( i'd dump salad on pizza and eat it like a taco)
Hexagonal taco pizza
All beef hot dog
Spaghetti topped with cheddar cheese
Fried Chicken

bread rolls and mashed potatoes were godly and what I miss the most

Middle school and high school was pretty much cheeseburgers or pizza w/fries every day.
Fridays would have a big ass piece of garlic & cheese bread with a cup of marinara sauce

In middle school they kept the snacks right out, we'd pocket a few each and eat cookies and pies for lunch with our shit chicken patties.
In high school they learned better, though they also had these chicken wraps which were OK with some hot sauce we'd smuggle in and share around the table.
Pizza day was usually the best, especially when they had french bread or stuffed crust.
