I'm drunk, my roommate isn't home, and I'm hungry.

What should I make? I have beef tips, eggs, an onion, some potatoes, and an orange.

>season with salt, pepper, hot sauce, etc.
>add eggs and cook
>put in a tortilla and eat (if you have tortillas, if not, just eat with a fork)
OR
>brown beef tips in an oven proof a pan
>remove and set aside
>add onion and cook till golden
>deglaze pan with whatever kind of alcohol you have, beer or wine preferably
>add beef back to pan and potatoes
>add some water or beer
>braise in oven until beef is tender
