I've only just started drinking Scottish Highland whisky, to be honest I am so new to it that I don't really know how to tell what is highland and what is coastal unless it is really obvious.

Depends how much you drink daily I suppose, took me a week to taper off completely after a year of drinking err day, halfed the beers every other day or so 8>6>4>2>1, one an hour whenever I was shaking, I rushed the first few days though and was too cheap to buy beer, vodka was not a good idea it was roughh

Just treat it like medicine, drink when you need too and don't get drunk, if you usually drink beer buy a beer you dislike

Your stomach will thank you later, I drink Vodka too because beer makes me bloated as fuck, it'll help with being hungry yet having stomach cramps if you push it like I did

Alcohol withdrawl is worse than coming off crack, it will kill you and if you need an extra drink at 11AM because of the shaking preventing you from typing you should
