Perhaps some foods are impractical to ship, but what OP posted is very lightweight so it should not cost much to ship. As for where to find it? that's easy. Amazon has it at $14 for and 8-pack. that's less than $2 each, and if you spend $35 then shipping is free, in the US anyway. that was the first place I checked, I'm sure there are countless others.
