Poorfag here, what sort of food is good to stock up on that's cheap, fills you up, lasts long?
So that when the end of the month rolls by and money's spent on beer and weed there's still something.
I mean shit like rice, pasta, oatmeal, but pretty much shit that can be combined to have actual taste.
tl;dr minimalist food that doesn't spoil quick. I don't own a freezer

Get a big bag of REAL rice, it's like 10 bucks for a massive 5 pound bag. Throw anything cheap on it. Cans of beans, canned soup, cans of veg and shit like that. Get a few different bottles of hot sauce to make it not so boring. I once had to live off that method when i was broke and i ate heartily for 30 dollars per month.
