Italian sausage/smoked gouda stuffed mushrooms. First try, worked great, would definitely make on a date. Only question, is there a non messy way to eat? Too big to eat whole, fork would make them crumble so i just used my fingers

Actually I did drain them, but I let the sauce get too hot with the meat in it.. Fixed with a few passes with a paper towel and arrow root slurry to thicken.
