Does anyone here have any good recipies for seafood stew? I wanted to make some that was a clusterfuck of everything, but I'm not really sure what else to put in it for flavor.

Gumbo and oyster stew are your only two decent stew like soups that user seafood.

part of it depends on what type of seafood. You're probably looking at a tomato, cream, or curry base (curry potentially containing the other two). Gumbo's a good one, as is chowder. Thai-ish coconut curries work with lighter fish, shrimp, and crab.

Fish heads. If you're lucky, the local asian mart has a bag of them frozen for people like me

Some fresh fish filets, cream and potatoes, assorted spices and you have fish chowder
Granted, not stew, but the fish heads would make a nice stock for vegetable and fish additions
