I am very simple. meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans and cheesecake or banner pudding a beer or three, but not possible so a glass of club soda. I am very much of two thoughts on the death penalty. some need to be put down, like you might shoot a rabid dog, but what if it's the wrong person. or mentally ill. and no bleeding heart, but ... fuck i doono.. there was an old show, Carol O'connor. in the heat of the night. watched an execution. it'sone thing inthe heat of battle. quite another when calm. I never understood why alcohol is not part of the last meal. It'd make things so much easier in so many cases. Give the guilty party whatever last meal they want, along with way too much alcohol of their choice. Some will go for it, some won't. But those who do will eventually pass out from drinking.
