Where can I get American style corned beef in the UK? (specifically London) The most common kind of corned beef here comes in a can and looks like pic related.

Could always just make your own. It's not particularly difficult, assuming you can get your hands on brisket and saltpeter or sodium nitrite(pink salt), not to be confused with hipster himalayan pink salt. Even if you can't, you can still cure one fairly well with just regular kosher salt but it won't have that pink color you normally associate with corned beef.
