Name ONE Mexican restaurant in the Bay Area (or Norcal in general) that's at least half as good as any spot in San Diego

They use entirely too much beans and rice. And the meat is usually underseasoned and skimpy. Today I got stew meat for beef in my taco.

And don't even get me started on the prices
