Just eat it. Any contamination that would have come from the melted plastic would have already come from heating the plastic up in the oven (melting or not). It's food-safe plastic, so it's not going to kill you.

Next time, don't put it too close to the walls or heating elements of the oven and ensure the temperature is correct according to the directions.
