Anyone else grow up on bean and cheese burritos?

I still love these fuckers but now I make them with blue cheese or sharp cheese usually.
They remind me of childhood.

How do you make yours?

You're literally disgusting.

And on topic, I stopped eating that when I turned 7, I can't understand how anyone can willingly eat such a plain, boring, squishy burrito. I need meat In mine.
I'll eat the shit out of a rice and black bean bowl with queso fresco on top though.

With meat

I made a batch of chili with a few types of beans. I filled a couple of tortillas with it along with shredded colby jack, homemade salsa (grilled jalapeno, cilantro, tomato, onion) and a tsp of sour cream.

They were fantastic. I ended up having leftovers for breakfast this morning.

What kind of beans anon?
I want to branch out but I only like creamy beans.
Love pintos, white beans and red beans but hate kidney beans and black beans.

White beans, pinto beans and kidney beans. The beans cooked in the crock pot on low for 30 hours. They were definitely mushy.
