Is this cheese any good?
I thought about buying it but I don't want to be disappointed. So I thought I would ask here.

>> No.5839960

i had their dubliner cheese, which was good. as long as you're buying real cheese, i can't see it being that bad. it's hard to mess up cheese, unless you start adding a bunch of shit to it.

I've had it. It's better than the usual supermarket stuff (Cabot, cracker barrel, etc.) but it's not what I'd call god-tier either.

Its good.

NEVER I reiterate NEVER buy cheese packaged in plastic.

Why?
That looks like it's in wax paper.

Sadly the only cheese monger near me closed down about a week after I discovered it existed.
That was 6 years ago.
The super market never has nice things.
Would you humor me and give me a few examples of god tier cheese and how you like to use them?

It's not plastic. It's wax paper.

>>5839999
Cheese needs to "breathe". It shouldn't be sealed in plastic which traps moisture.

>> No.5840379

>>5840049
That's why no-one ever sealed cheese in wax before plastic was invented

Depends on the style of cheese.

Cellophane breathes.

It's really sharp, so if you don't like that you might not like this.

I like sharp cheese :)

What do you mean by sharp? Will it cut my tougne?

It's almost as edgy as you, but not quite.
