Hi /ck/, I'm working on being as frugal as possible, and that includes using as less toilet paper as possible, while still being exceptionally hygienic.

What foods should I eat that'll help make my shit as easy to pass with minimal mess to wipe up? Hope ya get what I mean.

Lots of fiber.
Broccoli, bran flakes/muffins, rye bread, brown rice, strawberries.

Tons of fiber and cutting back on oily/fatty foods will make the shit literally fly out of your ass.

just wash your ass with water in the toilet (after flushing of course). it's unpleasant, but whatever.

you can also steal toilet paper pretty easy

Sometimes after a particularly messy shit, i'll sit on the edge of the bathtub, hanging my ass over the side as I run the water and splash myself with it.

Also, take a shower directly after your last nightly shit.
