cabbage and tofu seasoned with soy sauce and chili oil is really good over rice. You can make enough for 3-4 meals for like $4

Lettuce Wraps

1 pack of hotdogs $2
1 can of cannelini beans $1
1 can of tomatoes with onions and garlic $1
1 head of romaine or green leaf lettuce $1
Tabasco or red pepper flakes

Slice the hotdogs at an angle so it looks like a fancier sausage than it is

Put them in pan on medium heat with some olive oil or butter.

Drain the beans and add to pan.

Add the tomatoes and hot sauce.

Cook uncovered until the liquid evaporates.

Spoon onto lettuce leafs and enjoy.

Bretty good protein, low carbs. Cheap.
