Does anyone else read the food blog "Serious Eats" just for the unintentional humor? Like its a goldmine of tone-deaf rich people food writing.
Sample article titles:
Fiery Fruit and Quinoa Salad From 'Salad Samurai' (its a vegan salad cookbook)

"Capture Summer in a Spicy Cantaloupe Cocktail"

"Cheese 101: Why Imported Italian Mozzarella Isn't Always Better"

And my personal favorite:
"The Easy, Indulgent Fig-and-Cheese Tartines You Should Make This Weekend"
And hell these are just articles from today. These people can't possibly be serious, can they? Surely they are just sitting around an office stoned or something and laughing their asses off.
