lol asians don't have some magic sort of metabolism, I grew up with tons of asians and they have all sorts of weird diet habits. Some of them eat whatever but in very very tiny portions, others will eat one large meal but otherwise will barely eat anything for the rest of the day. I don't know if it's a deliberate attempt to not gain weight or what, I think it is for at least some of them because I've heard their parents calling them fat when I was over at their house (they have no shame lol, and these are tiny girls!).

Many people get pointy chins if they get very thin, not that mandible shaving isn't extremely common in Korea but you shouldn't necessarily conclude that it was due to plastic surgery. In my experience Koreans and Japanese do not tend to maintain very round heads even when very thin as much as Chinese do. This is just based on growing up around asians though.
