The owner of the business is opening an Italian restaurant and on my resume he saw that I was able to help in the kitchen and offered me as job on weekends to help around the kitchen

I really don't know, probably one i created my self. I just made a bbq chicken pizza recently with grilled chicken breast and red onions with the sauce being bbq sauce and a little tomato sauce. Not really a traditional pizza but it was one of the most delicious pizzas i have made.

My favorite toppings are italian sausage, olives, onions, garlic, spinach, mushrooms, salami, bacon, there is alot of good toppings.
Just made a white pizza today with spicy italian sausage, spinach, ricotta cheese mixed with olive oil s&p and parmesan. It was delicious.

Is that a joke? The only thing i use for pizza is homemade doughs made from flour, salt, and yeast.
