Regular corn flakes. I was never really into cereal when I was a kid because poor, so whenever I do get cereal, I avoid the the sugary ones and I get this.

A couple of years ago my mom was helping at my brother's school for something and brought back a ton of those tiny little cereal boxes that they sell in cafeterias. Like 2 garbage bags full of them. Shared them with my roommates at the time and we had them for a few months.

I've been wanting to consume more vinegar. I wouldn't use goji berries (does that add tartness or what?), but the apple cider vinegar in that mix... it doesn't ruin it or overpower it or give off an odd flavor? I'm intrigued. How much do you notice it?

>> No.5701331

>>5701257
the goji berries have a mild, sort of earthy bitterness to them. I just throw them in because someone gave me a small bag to try.

The drink i make is about 700ml(24 ounces) which I sip throughout the morning at work. In that I use about two tablespoon of the apple cider vinegar. You notice it right at the end but it's quite pleasant (for me) and not particularly overpowering. I suppose it's what suits your tastes though, you may like more or less.
