Hey /ck/ I'm making some jerk chicken tonight to use some of the habañeros I've been growing and wanted to have rice and beans with it. What goes into this besides rice and beans?

When I have jerked meat, I tend to fry up strips of green bell pepper and onions until they get that nice char on some bits. Then I'll lower the heat and cook the meat with that.
