I think I might have discovered a legit use for this stuff.

I was looking for a way to use up the little bit of frozen broccoli I had left, so I laid out one of those Flatout wrap-flatbread-things, and put in a diced Quorn cutlet and the broccoli.

But I needed some kind of binding sauce. I squeezed in some of the cheese, added a bit of Valentina sauce, and wrapped everything up. It melted nicely and worked perfectly!

Something from a jar would have required me to dirty a knife, and shredded cheese wouldn't have melted sufficiently from the heat of the ingredients. This really was a perfect use for Easy Cheese.

>Quorn cutlet

That's the part that makes me unreasonably angry.

as far as fake meats go quorn is pretty much top of the heap for chicken. it's genuinely tasty and I eat it even as a carnivore.

I've successfully used it in macaroni and cheese. The sharp cheddar one enhances things very nicely.

agreed, it has halfway decent texture and reminds me of being a student. I used to put in curry all the time.

That shit is great on crackers. I don't understand why people hate it so much here.

Grandma's recipe uses this (but she may use the non aerosol version)

>put in white bread
>fold corner to corner
>wrap bacon around it (I prefer par-cooked)
>toothpick
>park in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes
>flip and wait 5
>eat

Have it every christmas with some of her fresh made chicken n' dumpling soup.

the ingredients aren't even terribly suspicious if you look at them. there's no hexametachlorocancer in there.
