It's 4am and I've been watching food wishes on YouTube for the past two hours. In three weeks I can go grocery shopping but until then it"s beans and rice and frozen veg.

What kind of veg? Could possibly vary it up a bit and make some bean patties to fry up. Used to do that pretty often, still do from time to time. Pretty nice with a little sauce, and at least a change in texture if no sauce.

I have lentils/peas/black beans left and some homemade chicken stock, but it doesn't stop me from wanting some beef stroganoff or even just some biscuits and gravy. Mmmm...

When I have money the first things I'm gonna buy are some braeburn apples and probably a fried chicken from the deli. Mmmmm...

A light lunch. Ham with a dry rub of beef stock, garlic, an Arabian spice mix, oregano and cinnamon. Pan fried. With cheese to the side. Tastes great.
