I have a relative that grows peanuts. I trade some of my crops for some peanuts and make my own peanut butter with them. I rarely eat peanut butter so I don't need much.

Jif is loaded with sugar and salt, no wonder people like it so much. It has tons of hydrogenated/hydrolyzed vegetable oils too.

put it on whole grain bread, apple slices, banana, eat with honey or jam... it's good on whole wheat toast with cinnamon and a little sugar sprinkled on

you can put it on most crackers, including cheese crackers, and use it to make peanut butter cookies and peanut sauce for rice and chicken. peanut butter combines well with chocolate. I made a peanut butter cake filling once for someone's birthday. I've put it in brownies, fudge, rice krispie treats, cookies, and puddings. the only times I haven't liked it so much is when it was sweetened and not salty, like in most candy bars that include it. they are usually disappointing
