Is this the best pancake recipe? Can it even be improved upon or are the ratios already perfect?

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups buttermilk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
0.5 teaspoon baking soda

between 1/4 to 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
oil for frying (canola is recommended)

Aunt jemima, the kind where you have to add egg and milk is the BEST FUCKING PANCAKES ON EARTH. I wish I knew how to recreate that flavor, most of the shit I have tried from online recipes doesn't come close.
