What's the best way to make dry-rubbed chicken thighs/drumsticks into pulled chicken? I've only done it sear/crockpot but I want to learn a nice oven braise.

just braise them and then cook them for a while until they look like they're the right texture, thighs aren't finicky like breasts; even if you overcook them they'll be fine

you can find some specific recipe for a dry rub if you want or whatever, but the cooking part is really easy
