Sup cro/ck/pots, I've never really been into hotsauce but I had this stuff on my pizza at a restaurant and it was so good I went out and bought a bottle immediately. I've been eating it on everything ever since.

Is this the GOAT hotsauce is are there even better brands and I've been missing out this whole time?

You can add one drop to an entire batch of stuff for heat without altering flavor.

As you consume more hot things, your tolerance to the heat builds, so there are people who need that just for a good burn. Personally, I don't go higher than a dab of Dave's Insanity Sauce or I get digestive problems.

IMO thats a good stopping point. I have a few sauces that are hotter but its like cocaine, the more you have it and the stronger it is, the more you'll need to maintain that initial burn. I've heard it called chasing the dragon. daves is hot ENOUGH. if you start going further into the heat range then the delicious tasting hot sauces won't be spicy at all anymore, and the spicy sauces will taste like pepper extract chemicals.

I used to add hot sauce on everything. I bet at that time I would have preferred cereal with hot sauce. But in the last few years I've been toning it down and just adding a little bit to alter the flavor. When everything is overpowered by the heat you can't taste how good the food really is.
