From now on I am only going to eat one thing and prepare it in advance to hest up.

Chili with
> ground beef
> onion
> garlic
> carrots
> bell peppers
> beets
> finely chopped kale
> broccoli
> crushed tomatoes
> chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper

Served on rice, the healthiest thing ever, tastes pretty good and it's really cheap. I can also add other vegetables like cauliflower, zucchini, eggplant, cabbage and celery.

Pls rate.

As chili: 0/10

As something that might be interesting to try: 6/10

I seriously hope no one actually does this

During my super poverty months of living on £10/wk, I did something similar, but I used sausages, all the vegetables I could buy, and tinned tomatoes, served on pasta. You'll survive, but it'll be boring. I'm pretty sure I actually got healthier then because I wasn't buying and eating junk.

How... I live in canada so

1 kilo of ground beef is 7 dollara
And one tin of crushed tomatoes is 2 dollars

That's about 10... and it's 2200 calories... how do people survive on so little money?
