I make some pretty baller mac & cheese, and I've had a lot of great professionally made mac & cheese throughout my life. Still, there is something magical about that processed, liquidy cheese that you just can't replicate with higher quality, real ingredients. Maybe it is nostalgia, but I just love it.

I don't do this often, but I take a can of picture related Underwood chicken spread, some Ritz crackers, Saltines work as well, and some Kraft American Cheese, it has to be Kraft and mini sammaches out of them.
