They don't sell them at publix... Where am i supposed to get them? I picked them up from kroger while buying guar gum, which they dont sell at publix either.

I always shop at publix because i hate mixing with the kroger people... Same reason i havent set foot in a walmart in 5 years... But sometimes you have to go buy stuff from people that actually stock what you want.

You should make some, it's not that hard if you can get red bean paste where you live. I can't, but I can buy it at asian markets where I go to uni (tfw 1 hour commute). They sell fresh dduk/tteok too if it's a korean market, but it's easy to make on your own if you buy sweet white rice flour.

I've made it for so many people, even picky people, and they've all loved it.

Also being hot makes me not hungry at all either, and I exercise for 1-2 hours a day and thus have to eat which is very unpleasant.

My groceries are delivered to my house by some random high school student who gets minimum wage. My servants then put the food away and cook what I request. I do not hire negroes because they are idle thieves.

I would rather not pay my all white staff to sit in lines like a commoner while on the clock. Rather it is smarter to have some high school aged individual deliver what I need while my staff uses their payed time in a more useful manner.

>/ck/ what do you eat when it's hot out?
I usually have cold watermelon chunks in the fridge, snack on em all day, from breakfast to bedtime.

I have frozen limeade concentrate in the freezer, ready for a pitcher, or else I have some margarita crystal light going, or a pitcher of sweet tea (not terribly sweet actually) with a single teabag of mint thrown in there to cool me down. Sometimes I do cold iced coffee by the pitcher for breakfast, versus the hot stuff. A drizzle of caramel or a sprinkle of cinnamon.

I like instant lunch or dinner when it's damn hot, so I might prep something the day before so that I always have something cold, like a pasta salad, egg salad, potato salad, or some chicken salad. Taboulleh is 30 minutes to soak, very fast, just fold in the feta, cucumber, tomatoes, lemon and parsley. Bell pepper and pitted olives too. With the same farmer's market vegetables, a very delicious cold gazpacho is nice to have on hand. I might also make bruschetta topping to chill down, spoon over some toasted sourdough.

Dinner might be something else that doesn't heat up the kitchen, like a BLT, or a salad with some broiled and sliced flank steak on top.

-Grapefruit (seasonal)
-Asian pear (seasonal)
-Cream puff (frozen custard with bits of pie pieces in it. Limited release)
