Went to a nightmarket a few weeks ago. My favorite bun stand seems to have disappeared. I got some pork buns from another stand, and ate one that night for dinner.

Middle of the night, my stomach was in agonizing pain. I could mark the progress of the toxic sludge as it went through my intestines by noting which section of my abdomen had started feeling like it was being abraded by sandpaper. Eventually I managed to shit most of it out. My intestines felt like they'd been sandpapered for two days.

That is the fucking worst culinary thing I have ever witnessed in my entire life. My sisters do this I can't even begin to comprehend how, my mum (and now myself) makes an amazing homemade macaroni cheese, it's fucking rich, creamy, cheese, peppercorns and topped with tomatoes, it's the fuck best. But then my sisters go and slather ketchup all over it, ruining it, completely, that shit is not edibly anymore but somehow they still eat it.

The Four Cheese variety is only good to make into another dish, but by itself it is not that great. Original and Sharp Cheddar are really good though. I usually turn a box of this into a cheesy Tuna Noodle Casserole based on my Grandma's recipe.
