I love, and I mean love fish, but I can not stomach catfish. 9 out of 10 times I have had it was like eating battered fried crisco, just way too oily/greasy for my liking. There was 1 time I had it and it was pretty fucking good, but it was the only time so I don't eat it. I have heard if you catch them in mid June through early May they are good, before or after that they taste greasy.

Juicy Roast turkey, garlic mash w/ gravy, and stuffing.

I like any part of the turkey but prefer the dark meat and the wings.

I might have to change my vote to a full on thanksgiving dinner with turkey, mashed potatoes, turnip, butternut squash, carrots, corn, mini onions, gravy, bread, cranberry sauce, apple pie, coconut cream pie, cookies, cheese cake

I can't remember all the stuff we have but it must be the ultimate meal and only once per year

That was what turned me on to indian food. So fucking delicious. Unfortunately I'm from the Midwest so some good corned beef hash with sunny side up eggs takes first. A properly done reuben comes in second by a hair. 3rd would be a burger, preferably from the Omaha region.

you best change your vote to the full on thanksgiving dinner FGGT, it can't be beat. down here in Texas we deep fry the turkey to be served as a protein side next to the smoked brisket. I've never missed work because of alcohol but will take at least a day or two off to recover from my thanksgiving food binge.

My cousin is an avid crabber. We get about two bushels every other friday over the summer. We throw a big party with good pale ale and some raw oysters for to wash the crabs down. Blue crabs are absolutely delicious--and their a great thing to eat with a lot of good people.
