What else (besides the usual stuff) can I put it on?
What's your favorite brand?

>> No.5539253

What is the "usual" stuff because different people know different things that is usual to them or you but not vice versa.

Mustard very usually goes with natto.

Tastes pretty good mixed with whole milk.

>tfw this is "new potato" guy

Besides that though, I'm assuming buy "obvious" you mean stuff like pretzels and pork and sauerkraut.

One of my favorites I like to use it on when I'm low on funds is:

Meat (usually beef because it's cheap, but feel free to use pork or chicken)
Potatoes
Red Onion
Green Pepper
Salt
Pepper
Cajun seasoning

Dice the potatoes and fry them in a bit of oil until they're brown Add in some salt pepper and cajun seasoning.
While they're frying cook your meat until it's done.
Let your potatoes go until they're about 3/4ths of the way done. Add in your diced pepper and onion.
Once your meat is done add that to the potatoes. (I usually fry the potatoes in a large wok, so I can add this stuff in, but you could just use a serving/mixing bowl I guess) Then add a bit more salt and pepper and mix thoroughly together. Then I usually just add a bit of mustard and eat.

I usually caramlize some onions and peppers, then brown some brats, then simmer in some beer for a bit. When done, I fucking love Inglehoffer's Stone Ground Mustard on my bratwurst. It's the best mustard for it, especially if you're drinking some beer.

Mix it through mashed potato

Add to mayo and honey for a chicken pasta salad

Best mustard for pork in nearly all its incarnations

This is one of the best mustards I've ever found. You'd swear it has horseradish.. but through some kind of magic, it doesn't. It's a real up-your-nose mustard but has a very full flavor, it's not narrowly sharp like English mustards. Perfect with strongly flavored meats like kielbasa sausage or corned beef.

It's made in the quad-cities; I brought it to work here in Connecticut, where there are lots of Polish folks who know good mustard, and they went apeshit over it. ran off to the nearest deli and came back with a shit ton of kielbasa and rye bread. Then they did a bulk order of the mustard. I'd never seen anything like it lol

Mustard goes on deli sandwiches. Nothing else.

You ought to experiment more.

Protip: Inglehoffer is owned by Beaver Brand mustard (sorry, Beaverton Foods), and is essentially the same stuff, but Beaver Brand is twice as big for the price. I love the stone ground mustard and the "deli" style.

Also, the Inglehoffer and/or Beaver brand creamy horseradish sauce is wonderful.
Pic is the mustard.

Wow thanks for the heads up didn't know this. I usually grab the Beaver anyway but it makes the decision that much more easier.

I really like Coleman's powder. One thing that I saw on some TV show that is really good is that instead of using water to hydrate it is to use Tobasco sauce. That's pretty good especially on gyoza and dumplings and stuff like that.

See, there's three kinds of people: dicks, pussies, and assholes. Pussies think everyone can get along, and dicks just want to fuck all the time without thinking it through. But then you got your assholes, Chuck. And all the assholes want us to shit all over everything! So, pussies may get mad at dicks once in a while, because pussies get fucked by dicks. But dicks also fuck assholes, Chuck. And if they didn't fuck the assholes, you know what you'd get? You'd get your dick and your pussy all covered in shit!

Have you ever tried Inglehoffer in Quinky sauce? It works great with the ketchup and soya sauce.

Can't say I ever cared for Inglehoffer. It's almost like the French's of stone ground mustards. Very unassuming and unoffending, with no heat to speak of. It's for people that are scared of mustard, really.
