Alright /ck/.

I need fire breathers here but, I'm a spice Pussy and I want to know what's a good way to build up like spice resistance all the way up to extremely hot foods and Sauces.

Any advice would be cool.

Wonderful plan.

Start out with the little pepper shreds that you see with pizza. Put them on eveyrhting. Then red chiles, with seeds, then a hot sauce, then start (I assume you are in the U.S.) finding stupid hot wings. Good luck

Jesus, how hard is this? Go to supermarket. Buy hot chili in whatever form you want--cayenne powder, flakes, whole peppers, or hot sauce. If you don't have any of that at your local market then hit up an Indian/Paki/Desi store. If you can't be arsed to do that, then order some online. When you have the internet and a mail box you can get anything from anywhere. Now simply add some to your food as you eat it.

buy hot sauce. taste hot sauce until it is too hot. time how long it takes to get from too hot to mild in your mouth (usually about 10 minutes). keep tasting more drops of hot sauce until it is way too hot. stop for however long it took for it too taste mild. repeat and get hotter hot sauce.

Eat a whole trinidad scorpion pepper. It'll change your perspective on what is spicy. You will see God. You will be free from fear. Im growing six bushes of the stuff right now.

Buy fresh jalapeños, eat with most of your meals by nibbling the fleshy parts and avoiding the veins and seeds. Don't chow it, or eat it all. Just nibble a little here and there throughout the meal to maintain a heat in your mouth.
Over time you will find yourself eating more and more of the chile.

I am a semi pussy to spicy food. I will eat anything you give me but will react badly to it if it's really bad. At first I thought I was kinda badass when I'd get the hottest wings at buffalo wild wings or whatever the hell. I mean, that stuff is spicy...but not that bad.
If you really wanna get used to hot stuff, use regular hot sauce on a few things. Eat potato chips with regular hot sauce, then habenero sauce. That stuff is kinda spicy. Get used to liking the taste and you will tolerate the pain.

I got used to spicy stuff from eating shitty military food, hot sauce was always available to make the food more edible. Now I use some of the super hot stuff like Daves insanity sauce (but not much) sometimes.

Chilihead here.
Start with weak peppers like jalapeňos, eat them raw, grilled, in foods, as you want.
Then move on mild species like rawit, cayenne and ornamental peppers like bolivian rainbow, birds eye...
Then again, start with habaneros and finaly really hot ones
