I'd prefer all of those assorted separately, and neatly on a platter, alongside other platters of roasted veg, mushroom, etc. and be able to plate it neatly on my plate with some salad or something.

That said, it looks a little gross but also a bit delicious and I know sometimes it's fun to just roll all that shit up and make le epic meal tiem food, though not preferable for most occasions.
