There's a bar and grill in the South Florida - Ft. Lauderdale area called Landlubbers. Best fucking wings of all time. Hot Garlic is just literally perfect there. Literally.

Does have a unique taste, I'll give you that. Most people aren't too fond of it, let alone it with the heat.

When I use to work mornings at BWW I'd sometimes take a spoonful of the stuff to wake me up. Works about 1000x better than coffee. First time I ever had Blazin was when I first started working there, the Mexican cooks gave me wings they said were Hot BBQ. They weren't. Fuckin dicks.

But I grew to like the stuff, couldn't handle a whole lot though. Maybe 3-4 wings before shit got too intense for me. But I've seen people like you who can scarf it down like nothing. I've also seen people struggling with the "heat" of Honey BBQ.

I'm sure there's some sort of science behind it.

But hey, if you like the stuff, and like to make it even more spicy, more power to ya bro.

AFA style we only do it one way,rubbed then smoked then fried then tossed in either BBQ, Hot Sauce, or Hot BBQ and grilled. They're not really hard to make at home and you can smoke a bunch and then fry/grill as needed. The grill part can actually be skipped if you need to it just adds a bit of char to the sauce/skin

Yeah sorry man, I really am, They're the best I've had imo b/c they have that smoked flavor and tenderness that comes with a slow smoke, crisp skin from a quick deep fry, and that grilled char, sounds simple but took me a while of experimenting to come up with this method. Sounds good. Most wing places here in Northeast AL are garbage. There are a few "Jeffersons" chains around, taste like fatty garbage. Struts is usually edible but nothing special. A wingstop in Ft. Payne but it's chain bullshit of course and not worth the trip. A few other less notable local places with ok wings but nothing great. Honestly I usually just drive to huntsville and eat BWW If i really want wings usually which friends are always down for. The only really great wings I've had are what I've made at home. Guess i'll just check reviews online to try and find some decent places lol.

Bar down the street has some good wings. If you buy two beers or a pitcher ($2.50) you get wings for 10c each. For about 25 bucks you can get beers and wings for 4 people and they are pretty damn good.
