use yogurt to make tzatziki, use chard and pepperoni hot pocket filling to make grilled and stuffed jalapeno poppers with tazatziki for dipping

defrost the hot pocket and chop it up
saute it with the jalapeno and swiss chard in its own grease
add that mixture to the yogurt
put it in portobello mushroom caps
broil

Deconstruct the hot pocket, melt the cheese and pepperoni innards on a pan togethert with diced jalapeños, cut the remaining hot pocket pastry into 1.5in triangles and bake at 450 until they become crisped and flaky, puree the swiss chard and combine with the Greek yogurt. Plate the crisped triangles, pour cheese/jalapeño/pepperoni ontop, and dollop the yogurt/chard in the center. I call it "Nacho del Mod"
