Know of it? It's similar to Szechuan.

Not bad food. They actually make a kind of Taco/Burger thing that is actually pretty good.

This recipe is like bread chunks in a mutton or beef soup. I didn't try it, but is anyone familiar with the cuisine? Recommendations for someone who loves Szechuan Spicy Chinese anyway.
