WHY

It makes a fucking mess no matter what, either it slides out or it makes everything around it soggy

>> No.5481933

Contrary to popular belief, eating before sleep actually helps burn calories. Especially dem burgers 4 gainz.

If I get a hamburger with tomatoes inside I usually just flip the burger so the top bun is at the bottom. Usually makes less of a mess

when i make burgers myself, i always put the toppings underneath the bun. makes so much more sense, and i fucking love when i go to a restaurant that does it.

Not really. Since your metabolism slows down during sleep the calories you eat before going to sleep are more likely to turn in to fat (since they didn't get used) so a high calorie meal before sleep is a pretty bad move

Oldfag here. It's awesome in your 20s, disadvised in your 30s (weight gain & temporary effects), and sometime in your 40s your body will just say no...acid reflux or some other shit will force you to stop eating shit right before you sleep. So if you're young, enjoy it while you can!!!!

>every night

No, why would you.

What else do you eat though? calories=calories in the end. But it's better to eat most of them earlier so you'll have more energy. Theres no reason to consume a shitload of energy and sleep, but I do it often too. I've started eating breakfast lately and I feel more energized and am less likely to eat calorie dense shit later in the day because I'm fulfilled.

I love tomatoes on burgers, i even get extra sometimes. I used to have it fall out or slide out a couple of times, but that was usually at Carls Jr, because those retards just slap the burger together without caring how you arrange the toppings.

so, i would re-build my burger. I wouldn't change the order. The problem is that when they throw the veggies on like a pile, it all slides against each other. But the veggies are flat- so you just stack them up carefully, and then smush the burger a little when your'e done.

never falls out...

Bullshit. The fact that your metabolism slows down during sleep doesn't mean that calories are converted into fat. Only excess calories do that. Calories are not a nutrient that can be more easily absorbed at some times rather than others. No matter when you consume a piece of food, it will deposit the same amount of energy in your body.

The efficiency of your digestive system is not constant.

Indeed. but those differences aren't significant enough to matter appreciably.
